3M Scotch-Weld Adhesive Epoxy DP190 is a two-component epoxy adhesive that provides strong bonding due to shear and exfoliation resistance. Capable of bonding to a wide variety of various materials, such as glass, rubber, wood, fibrolemous boards, ceramics and many plastics. 3M Scotch-Weld EPX Plus II mixing applicator and nozzles are required for dosing (not included).

  • Epoxy adhesives have a wide use in the construction of buildings and houses, bicycles, boats, golf clubs, cars and aircraft manufacture, skis and snowboards and a lot of household uses and other applications; practically it can be used wherever a high resistance of the glued joint is required.
  • In general, epoxy adhesives have the highest overall strength and offer the best performance and the highest resistance to high temperatures, solvents and outdoor weather conditions.
  • With a mixing ratio of 1: 1, the adhesive has a low to medium viscosity, which offers an easy distribution on the surface.
  • Provides extended duty cycle, providing extra time for adjustment.
  • Working time: 90 minutes - enough time for adjustments and precise application.
  • Reaches handling resistance in about 10 hours, with a hardening time at room temperature of 7 to 14 days.
  • It can be used in many industries, including sporting goods, solar energy, wind energy, composite materials, electronics, the military, transportation and aerospace.
  • Once the two components are mixed in the specific ratios, they begin the curing process and offer a limited working time in which the adhesive can be applied and the two surfaces can be positioned as needed.
  • Storage temperature: 22 grdC.
